职位描述：
- Prepare monthly HQ and internal reports & analysis on actual vs. budget/FC/PY, write monthly comments for financial reports.
- Prepare yearly budget and rolling forecast.
- Settle production orders and track variances.
- Responsible for monthly cost center costs actual vs. budget for Production & Logistics areas.
- Prepare segmented P&L by functionality i.e. own production and distribution
- Analyze the factory result and production KPI
- Profitability analysis for lab services and sourcing & inspection services
- Report on R&D cost by projects on quarterly basis

1. Education Degree
a. Bachelor Degree or above
2. Specialized knowledge
a. Accounting Qualification Permission
b. Solid knowledge in management accounting, financial reporting and budgeting
c. Understand international accounting principles
d. Excellent oral & written communication skill both in Mandarin & English
e. PC literacy, including Word, Excel etc.
f. ERP experience is a must
3. Working experience
a. 3+ years related working experience in multinational company
b. Manufacturing experience in a plus
4. Special skills and character
a. Team player and excellent communication skills
b. Strong interpersonal ability, problem solving and analysis skills
