Job Title: Senior Licensed Panel Builder support engineer-Changzhou(高级授权盘厂技术工程师)

Job Description:
The licensed Panel Builder support engineer is responsible for the industrialization and assembly training on new panel builder and providing consistent technical support and quality audit of existing panel builders in China. This individual will own the on-boarding checklist for new panel builder and yearly follow up as well as accomplish the objectives of the sales targets on his (her) regional panel builders. The products supported will include both medium voltage equipment (xDL medium voltage assemblies) as well as low voltage assemblies (xEnergy).

授权盘厂技术支持工程师主要负责对新盘厂产品的工业化及装配培训,以及对现有盘厂进行质量监督. 进行对整个新盘厂技术转让及每年的项目质量跟踪支持.同时完成区域内盘厂的销售指标. 所负责的产品包括中压成套设备和低压成套设备: xDL和xEnergy

1. Lead the on boarding check list of new panel builders, provide the industrialization and assembly training. Ensure the product quality to comply with product specifications.
2. Provide Quality inspection on licensed products, and lead the yearly quality audit.
3. Provide the effective improvement suggestions on panel builders and its product also execute and follow up
4. Collaborate with regional sales and regional commercial marketing to the projects on technical clarification and support.
5. Responsible for the technical transfer files. Timely visiting the PBs and monitor the product quality and continuously support
6. Manage the information collection in terms of engineering change update, customer voice, Change approval process, complains and feedback to R&D, Plant, Regional sales and product managers.
7. Provide technical support to the sales teams and customers. Advise sales staff and customers on product selection and application. Assist sales in tender responses. To achieving the sales target.
8. Work closely with plant, R&D, product line marketing and regional sales to provide the support on panel builder consistently.

2. 对盘厂授权产品进行质量定期监督检查, 同时负责年度盘厂质量审核
3. 对授权盘厂提出有效的整改建议,并有效实施及跟踪.
4. 配合区域销售及产品线,对盘厂项目提供持续地产品技术澄清及支持
5. 对产品技术转让资料的准确性和完整性负责, 定期拜访授权盘厂, 监督产品质量及提供产品技术支持.
6. 产品信息收集反馈,包括产品设计更新, 工程非标方案确认, 客户建议, 质量信息等, 及时反馈至相关部门.
7. 持续地对销售及客户提供技术支持, 对产品的选型及应用提供有效的支持. 协助销售投标, 完成整体的销售目标.
8. 与工厂,研发,产品线,商务经理及销售紧密配合.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2. At least 5 years related experience in engineering or assemblies or similar role within the industry. Experiences in design institute will be plus.
3. Knowledge of power distribution products and assemblies application (including Medium Voltage Switchgear, Ring Main Unit, and Medium Voltage Circuit Breaker, Low Voltage Switchgear, Low Voltage Control, Air Circuit Breakers and Molded Case Circuit Breakers)
4. Familiar with AutoCAD, Office software.
5. Proficient demonstration skills, customer oriented
6. Read and write English skills, oral English will be plus
7. Self starter, strong initiative and positive attitude

1. 本科学历, 机械或电气相关专业背景
2. 至少5年以上配电行业工程或装配经验. 有设计院工作经验优先
3. 丰富的配电产品及成套设备应用经验. (包括中压成套设备,环网配电单元,或中低压开关设备,低压控制设备等)
4. 熟练运用AutoCAD,及办公软件.
5. 熟练的演示能力,客户导向.
6. 熟练的英语读写能力,口语能力佳
7. 主动,积极的态度.
