Responsibilities:
·Take charge of Cost out and VA/VE responsibility. Drive cost out projects to meet plant cost out goals.
·Take lead of PROLaunch projects in plant industrialization stage.
·Lead idea generation sessions and workshops to find cost reduction opportunities on existing and new products with cross-function team.
·Manage the development of all cost out and VA/VE project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all Functions.
·Manage the overall cost out and VA/VE project planning and, in event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions with the teams.
·Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis.
·Organize, lead and motivate the project team.
·Must possess good verbal and written communication skills and have the ability and experience to provide capable project leadership.
·Provide coaching to improving the competency so that the group becomes self-sustaining in the areas of cost out and VA/VE.
·Lead PROLaunch projects in gate 4 stage with good coordination with R&D and related departments.
·Follow other projects assigned as requested.
Requirements:
·At least 5 years relative experiences; Engineering back ground in industrial manufacturing.
·Enough experience of at least 3 years in cost out/down or VA/VE or project management function. Good experience of project management.
·Good time management, result oriented and project management, can work under pressure.
·Very familiar with Microsoft office software, especially with EXCEL, Power point etc
·Good English in reading and writing, Fluent in English is preferred.
·Good team work spirit.
·No barrier with travel.
