We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design. We embed sustainability principles in every design.
Responsibilities:
？ Serves as a technical expert in plumbing and fire system of building engineering.
？ Responsible and plays a key role in plumbing design, tender management and quality control.
？ Proactively support team leader and coordinate with project manager in work and resource planning.
？ Mentoring and coaching junior engineer.
Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree in Building Services, Plumbing and Fire System, Master degree is preferred.
？ 10 years post-qualification experience in design and building services management, at least 5 years in China.
？ Registered / Chartered Engineer of a recognized professional institution.
？ Solid technical knowledge.
？ Broad Experience in design for varying building types.
？ Specialized in design for high-profile projects and complex institutional building.
？ Specialized in tender management.
？ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high responsibility.
？ Excellent verbal/written both in Chinese and English.
？ Able to work under pressure.
Location:
？ 为建筑工程给排水、消防系统提供专业咨询服务；
？ 成为给排水专业主要成员，负责承担给排水及消防系统设计、招标管理和专业质量控制。
？ 能够积极支持并主动配合给排水专业负责人及项目经理执行工作计划.
？ 指导及培训初级工程师。
职位要求：
？ 建筑设备、给排水相关专业本科学历，硕士优先；
？ 十年以上（至少五年在中国）的建筑设备管理经验；
？ 具备专业机构颁发的注册或特许工程师资质；
？ 相关专业技术知识扎实；
？ 具有设计不同建筑类型的丰富经验；
？ 擅长高难度工程的设计，如高层建筑和复杂公共建筑等项目；
？ 擅长招标管理经验；
？ 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，责任心强；
？ 优秀的中英文会话和书面表达能力；
？ 能承担工作压力。
