DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cooperate with visual merchandising, construction, supply chain and Brand to manage fixtures & installations. Manage all fixtures by JDA software.
- Communicate with brand to ensure an accurate planogram can be delivered and execute merchandising by brand according to Sephora planogram calendar.
- Create and maintain planograms using Space Planning software and available analysis, resulting in optimal customer assortment & choice while also delivering the highest absolute profit per meter.
- Create and maintain floor plans that utilize space optimization and merchandising strategy to ensure a customer centric shopping experience.
- Comprehensive review & formulation of reports analyzing space efficiency and planning space layout.
- Set up regular meeting with category and supply chain team to communicate assortment and replenishment strategy.
- Provide exact MINI (Product & Tester) to manage assortment and drive SKU replenishment by updated planogram.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that planogram process must be strictly followed and result in high sales & profitability per linear meter.
- Receive direct communication (BBS/mail) from retail stores and resolve issues on Planogram and Floor Plan as necessary.
- Provide planogram, mini, fixture information for new & renovation store opening.
- Database Maintain - liner meter data, SKU Information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience should be minimum 4-5 years of Retail space & visual merchandising with a clear understanding of space efficiency, utilization & optimization.
- Experience in Space man or JDA software for Floor Plan & POG management
- Hard-working, responsible, attentive to details and team spirit
- Good command of written & spoken English
