职位描述：
Summary

The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact on our client’s product development projects; coordinate project activities to ensure activities are completed on time and on budget; manage scope and communicate updates to the client; collaborate with functional departments and lead technical teams; and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities:
? Support timely execution of external R&D partnerships and internal projects
? Implement best practices in the development, initiation, planning and execution of projects; organize and manage project-specific information such as progress against goals, resourcing, budget and timelines
? Partner with project leaders to coordinate and run project meetings, track and communicate progress, prepare key documentation and reports, prioritize activities, identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
? Build strong relationships with clients, senior leadership and project team members.
Qualifications:
? Minimum Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree in a core life science or business administration preferred.
? 3+ years of working experience in project management for development of small molecule therapeutics
? 8+ years of experience in biotech/pharma R&D; deep understanding of drug development process
? Previous involvement in project management from discovery to lead selection through IND filings strongly preferred
? Expertise in project management methodologies such as MS Project and SharePoint; proficiency in MS Office Suite; PMP certification a plus.
? Operational understanding of drug discovery and development processes
? Demonstrated ability to work autonomously yet cooperatively in a creative, entrepreneurial and productive team environment; pro-active attitude required.
? Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate internally and externally across all levels of the organization expected 举报 分享
