We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design. We embed sustainability principles in every design.
Responsibilities:
？ To provide Electrical Engineering services at a senior level, covering all activities ranging from Client interaction, Project Development/Preliminary Design, Detail Design, Construction Support & Commissioning in line with Safety, Schedule and Budget parameters.
？ Experienced in all aspects of electrical building engineering practices, ELV, LV and HV.
？ Responsible and plays a lead role in electrical design, tender management and quality control.
？ Ensure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving Design Outputs/Program Deliverables
？ Lead continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process quality improvement initiatives
？ Keep track on new technology, methodology and design concept, ensure that design activities hold a competitive level.
？ Sign off technical content of the design information.
？ Contribute to the fee proposal and associated bidding management.
？ Assess staff requirements at each work stage, responsible for electrical team resource planning, agreeing these with the Project Manager
？ Attend progress, design team and co-ordinate meetings.
？ To lead/manage a team of electrical engineers to deliver and meet project requirements.
？ Support Executive / Technical Director for MEP team building and management.
Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree in Building Services, electrical, engineering consultant business experience preferred.
？ Over 15 years post-qualification experience in design and building services management, with at least 5 years in China.
？ Qualified / Chartered Engineer of a recognized professional institution.
？ In depth technical knowledge of discipline.
？ Broad Experience in design for varying building types.
？ Specialism in designs for sectors with high degree of engineering such as high-rise building and complex institutional building.
？ Specialism in tender management.
？ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high responsibility.
？ Excellent verbal/written both in Chinese and English.
？ Able to work under pressure.
Location：
工作职责：
？ 承担高级电气工程技术管理工作，职责涵盖客户联络、项目开发、初步设计、施工图设计、施工协助与调试等各个阶段的技术咨询工作，确保上述工作符合安全、时间计划和预算要求；
？ 具有丰富的电气工程经验，包括弱电、高低压等；
？ 负责并带领团队为电气设计、招标管理和相关工作质量控制提供专业咨询服务；
？ 负责项目设计成果的交付，并确保其符合法规和质量要求；
？ 推动质量改进的实施，带领团队持续进步；
？ 跟进新技术、新方法和新设计理念，确保设计的竞争力。
？ 负责相关设计中的技术审核；
？ 积极参与机电专业服务建议书及相关的投标工作；
？ 负责评估项目各阶段的人员需求以及合理配置资源，积极配合项目经理的工作计划并达成一致；
？ 参与项目进程管理，与设计团队沟通，协调会议；
？ 领导/管理电气工程师团队，确保提交成果满足项目要求。
职位要求：
？ 建筑设备、电气专业本科学历，有建筑工程咨询工作经验优先；
？ 15年以上（至少5年国内）设计和建筑设备管理经验；
？ 具备专业机构颁发的注册或特许工程师资质；
？ 专业技术知识扎实；
？ 具有设计不同建筑类型的丰富经验；
？ 擅长高难度工程的设计，如高层建筑和结构复杂的公共设施楼宇等；
？ 擅长招标管理经验；
？ 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，责任心强；
？ 中英文会话和书面表达流利；
？ 能承受工作压力。
