职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Take the lead on Information Assets Management (IAM),
Identify the security risks in the manufacturing plant, and work out plans and solutions.
Manage the day-to-day operations of security to ensure quality of service and continuous improvement.
Set up security regulation & rules.
Set up performance assessment system with security MiniCo company base on safety indicator of company’s property
Take in charge of Security MiniCo, maintain to fulfil its responsibility and achieve security goals.
Develops and maintains physical security systems such as CCTV, key control, access control, pedestrian and vehicle control systems.
Be responsible for plant visit and external sub-contractor site construction monitor.
Physically conduct Security Check and Controls as per company regulation.
Maintain good relationship network with Zone police authorities.
Achieve other work assigned by HR and administration manager.
PROFILE SPECIFICATION
10 years experiences in company’s security management
University degree
Good team management skill
Team work spirit
English spoken
Good capability of communication and coordination
Self-discipline, sense of responsibility and work resulted oriented.
High work efficiency.
