To ensure planning activities for all equipment delivery, installation and maintenance are efficient, effective and in line with customer needs, cost structure, best practice and current legislation.
To ensure the standard of installed equipment is maintained at the highest level and in line with all relevant legislation and codes of practice.

Conduct continuous improvement on equipments, installation kits, installation procedure, spare parts management, and maintenance service. Keep operating cost at competitive stage.

To be responsible for the maintenance, development and use of the approved contractor network.

To be a contact for the Sales department with regard to the technical detail and scheduling of non-standard work.

To be consistent with the procedures about installation, maintenance, and equipments etc, in technical functions.

To help leader to conduct the tecncial training to sales rep., customer service operators, planner, team leaders and depot administrators.

To carry out any reasonable task as requested by an appropriate authority.

l Colleage degree on mechanical engineering or related at least.
l 4 years experience or above at industry equipments manufacturing, installation and maintenance.
l Have knowledge and experience on pressure vessel, cylinders, pipeline, and valves.
l Have enough construction, maintenance and troubleshooting skill.
l Experience on cryogenic equipments is preferred.
l Driving skill is mandatory.
l Understanding I/A is preferred.
l Good PC skill.

硬件方面的要求：

机械工程，压力容器，管道工程等相关专业，本科以上学历。

4年以上压力容器，管道， 机械设备安装经验。对压力容器，管道工程，阀门有一定的了解。

有现场施工管理经验，设备维修经验，尤其是工业气体贮运设备操作经验者优先考虑。

情商方面的要求：

良好的自我管理能力， 包括纪律， 时间管理和工作计划性。

具备客户至上的理念， 有服务于他们的心态。

具备灵活应变能力， 该岗位要求在客户端与客户交道，客户端情况变化比较多，非办公室室内工作岗位。

具备一定的体力和工作的意愿， 每天可能从事多个客户点的安装和修理工作。
