职位描述：
Role & Responsibilities:
- In charge of HQ and national IT helpdesk, software and hardware support. Meanwhile, ensure the system (including HR & Finance system) can be used smoothly and stably.
- Provide professional IT solution and lead IT projects according to business need.
- Maintain infrastructure system, including servers/ network devices/storage/exchange server;
- Enhance and improve IT security policies and standards and ensure that those IT policies comply with the corporate guidelines;
- Prepare the Disaster Recovery Plan for the organization;
- Maintain the safety and stability of internet for both internal and external;
- Administers network policies and procedures;
- Initiates continuous critical assessment of current technology systems and recommends prudent investments in new, additional systems;
- Negotiates contracts, license agreements and service agreements for hardware, software, and voice/data communications systems and technology;
- Manage IT Budget/Expenditures in China;
- Manage Hardware/Software asset inventory;
- Promote IT compliance and keep track of performance via IT dashboard;
- Manage IT vendor partners to ensure timely, quality and cost effective delivery of solution and services;
- Performs other related job duties as may be assigned or required;

Competencies:
- Work Experience: +7 years of working experience from similar positions in FMCG.
- Above 3 years role in supervisor position;
- Experienced on project delivery or operation processes, operation lead experience would be a plus;
- Experienced with the following technologies: Microsoft Windows servers(AD, SCCM, SQL, Office 365) , understanding of TCP/IP and network services, Cisco network products, storage area networks, Symantec Anti-virus, backup tools, end user PC & desktop/laptop support;
- Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure;
- High integrity and reliability;
- A team player with good people management, interpersonal and problem solving skills;
- Well-organized, initiative, and meticulous;
- Good oral and business writing skills in English;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Understanding of complex information and requirements;
- Great IT skills combined with a good head for business;
