职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Drive adoption for key service products, capabilities and productivity programs in the AGS field service organization (Taiwan, China and other Asian Countries)
2. Own, measure and optimize communications across areas of responsibility
3. Establish change management disciplines in cooperation with FSO and SSC HQ teams for assigned region(s)
4. Provide coaching and resistance management with the field teams in support of HQ related programs
5. Train field change implementers on change management approach & tools
6. Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications：
1. Knowledge:
? Requires functional expertise, knowledge of multiple functions and broad knowledge of service and spares products and operations.
? Additional knowledge of change management disciplines and practices are key to the role.
? Skilled in English written and verbal communications as well as local language skills for the assigned regions.
? Strong imbedded cultural awareness. Slideology, fast-track speaking, advanced PowerPoint, Excel.
2. Skills and Abilities:
? Achieving objectives by working through and with other teams.
? Good marks on “Values” categories on 2016 performance appraisal
? Excellent presentation skills.
? Ability to train and coach field management
? 25% - 35% travel
? Ability to deal with sensitive customer issues
3. Education and Experience:
