职位描述：
Posted Position Title: Corporate Strategic Sourcing Director
Report to: VP of Procurement
Function Segment: Strategic Sourcing
City: Shanghai

Role Summary: This position will provide leadership and direction for Corporate Strategic Sourcing function to develop strategies, and achieve the annual business goals, e.g. supply continuity, performance excellence and supplier capability development.

Responsibilities
1.Drive 100% compliance with sourcing policy and procedures, supplier approval, competitive bidding, delegation of authority approval
2.Partner with key busi.ness stakeholders to ensure sourced materials and services meet the business needs
3.Drive improvements in sourcing processes and policies, including purchasing control, supplier management, etc.
4.Lead sourcing initiatives and functional interfaces within designated business areas
5.Lead the development & execution of corporate sourcing strategy
6.Build strategic supplier relationship by driving early supplier engagement, long-term partnership, etc.
7.Drive supplier selection, development, and manage the overall supplier performance
8.Provide process expertise/internal consulting to cross businesses/sites for continual benchmarking and improvement
9.Establish and maintain an effective organizational structure to assure operational efficiency and proper coordination among operation units and business units
10.Lead and actively participate in the creation of innovative solutions to support procurement initiatives
11.Team building, coaching, mentoring; talent retention and development

Basic Qualifications
1.Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
2.Minimum of 8 years of experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain including 4 years in a leadership capacity.
3.Excellent business/financial acumen, proficient in leading and setting direction for teams and driving changes
4.Influence/communication - establishes good relationships; drives change across functional
5.Proven ability to navigate through a large complex business and solve problems
6.Proven ability to build and lead teams, as well as work in cross-functional team environment
7.Strong negotiation skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills
8.Visionary leader with can-do spirit and persistence mentality, self-disciplined and motivated
9.Possess learning agility and continuous learning mind

Preferred Qualifications
1.Master in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
2.10+ years of solid sourcing, supply chain or commercial experience including 6 years in a leadership capacity in biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry
3.High degree of Emotional Intelligence/Quality
4.Proven executive leadership skills in driving changes across an organization
5.Operation experience in multi-site, cross functions and matrix organization 举报 分享
