岗位职责：
Responsible for the supplier process audit or system audit according to the ISO9000 standard, follow up the corrective action and preventive action based on the audit result.

Develop the improvement projects at key suppliers to improve supplier overall performance, give appropriate training to supplier.

Analyze and follow up suppliers' quality issue raised by assembly line or incoming inspection, to develop improvement and preventive actions and monitor the implementation by 8D report.

To develop the new supplier together with sourcing engineer and R&D engineer.

Initiate the check plan for the new projects, give training to IQC inspectors.

Periodical review with suppliers on the PPM target and delivery performance.

Perform other duties as assigned.
任职资格：
Bachelor's Degree or above.

Above 5 years supplier quality management experience in the manufacture industry.

Good knowledge in ISO9000 quality system, and be proficient in tools of quality control.

Strong team player with high levels of integrity, energy and enthusiasm.

Mastery in reading-English and computer application (MS software).

Good communication and cooperating skill.

Willing to travel up to 30% of time.
