Main Responsibilities:

To help the organisation operate more efficiently and effectively-
1. Provide in-house technical support (Level 1 Helpdesk) to small group of end-users.
2. Ensure data integrity, end-point security and compliance with IT policies.
3. Support knowledge sharing –logging of trouble tickets & keeping technical documentations up-to-date.
4. Partake in ad-hoc IT Projects (Asia Pacific region) to upgrade systems, etc.
Job requirements:
岗位要求：
1.?Minimum IT Diploma; preferably with IT Degree and/or professional IT certifications.
2.Minimum 1 -2 years’ experience (Level 1) in corporate IT Helpdesk or similar, supporting desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems(Wintel) & network connectivity. Fresh graduates without experience need not apply.
3.Preferably with knowledge of IBM Lotus Notes & Software Patch management.
4.Ideally, s/he is customer service-oriented, proactive in anticipating & resolving problems while maximising efficient use of computing resources; enjoys being resourceful & flexibility/personal growth of small IT team.
5. Non-essentials but advantageous (‘nice to have’): Manufacturing, VoIP Phone System, CCTV, Video Conferencing.
6.Self-starter with good sense of ownership & attention to detail.
7.Good communicator in English and Standard Chinese (Putonghua).
