DHL eCommerce, part of the DP DHL Group of Companies, is a leading provider of B2C eCommerce cross-border deliveries. Additionally, DHL eCommerce caters to the needs of its customers across the entire eCommerce value chain by providing service offerings from webshop technologies to marketing, warehousing and fulfillment through to domestic and cross border deliveries, and finally provide customer service support to the online shoppers. We are looking for a Consultant, Customer Onboarding to join our DHL eCommerce team!
The Consultant, Customer Onboarding will be responsible for onboarding new DHL eCommerce accounts. The new role will be the liaison between departments and the customer to ensure successful onboarding of new business.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
? Support the shipment handling process from beginning to end ensuring proper process is followed and timely resolution of shipment data related issues.
? Work in conjunction with the onboarding, customer services and operation to provide guidance on correct processes and procedures of shipment data or IT related issue.
? Initiate customer solutions design and proposal for downstream integration/implementation execution through IT and Customer Service.
? Evaluate customer need and recommend enhancements to provide workaround or solutions.
? Provide IT support to both internal and external parties through effective communication, implementation, and follow-up regarding service desk ticket.
? Execute workaround or permanent fix or changes responsibilities to enable seamless shipment processing.
? Monitor shipment data quality and accuracy to ensure good quality shipment data before shipment arrived to distribution center.
? Communicate and make certain that all Operations/Automation requirements are implemented.
? Provide technical and business expertise to customers and their contractors during the implementation / integration process
? Coordinate resources and activities between clients and IT as required
? Maintain customer master data in applicable corporate systems.
? Provide feedback on customer issues and requirements.
? Liaison between the sales and cross-functional teams to guarantee proper solution or change is aligned with business requirements.
? Limited support to implementation.
? Share and align local integration requirements with Onboarding to ensure that solution is aligned with business unit's goals and priorities.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
? Strong interest in learning and applying new product concepts to become SME resource for DHL eCommerce product, and customized solutions.
? Lead cross functional teams.
? Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment.
? Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel , Outlook, PowerPoint
? Having experience in ETL system flow and Excel VBA are advantageous
?
? Effective presentation, oral and written communications skills
? Solid analytical, critical thinking, time management, teamwork, and organizational skills
? Self-motivated and ability to work independently
? Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical integration terms and processes
? Ability to read, write, and translate technical documentation
? Must promote a team environment.
? Travel within Greater China.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 years of equivalent experience.
? Minimum of 2 year IT systems support experience.
? Candidate must be proficient in spoken / written English and Mandarin.
? Having experience in Business Analyst role is advantageous
? Having experience in Logistics / eCommerce is advantageous
? Knowledge of shipping systems preferred.
? Experience in Supply Chain, Shipping, Mail or Logistics preferred
? Project Management Certification preferred.
