9个月项目合同，项目完成有项目奖

岗位要求：

1、 普通话标准，吐字清晰，反应敏捷；

2、 具备出色语言能力，理解力和沟通能力；

3、 高度的工作责任心和和强烈的客户服务意识；

4、 熟练使用电脑，能熟练处理Office软件；

5、 能承受压力,能够处理各种紧急的情况；

6、 1年以上相关工作经验，大专及以上学历，具有呼叫中心工作经验优先考虑。

工作职责：

1、 负责800售后服务热线电话的接听及转接；

2、 根据公司流程准确处理客户咨询并录入系统；

3、 回复及跟踪客户的疑问；

4、 制作售后服务上门维修报价；

5、 处理课程培训咨询、预约、汇总等

6、 负责网上报修、邮箱报修等的分配；

7、 协助完成部门领导交予的其他工作。
