The Role:
? Support e-commerce marketing manger to implement JD mkt strategy, design/execute/carry through respectively marketing program to support JD platform
? Execute annual, quarterly, monthly marketing plans and revenue goals for JD
? Develop marketing activities/promo mechanisms to increase JD revenue within marcoms and soft dollars budget
? The responsibilities include data analysis for actions plans and KPI alignment for key program and marketing activities
? Work together with agency to ensure JD FS store image & relevant exposure are in line with China brand strategy and image
? This position will directly report to E-commerce marketing manager – JD

JD platform building:
? Develop/update/upgrade JD flagship store image design by quarterly for both PC & mobile-end
? Execute consumer promotion, new product launching campaign, big sales campaign; using various promotion matrix to leverage brand equity and improve sellout revenue
? Work closely with China central marketing team to allocate /maximize the use of resources and to ensure effective support of E-commerce sales and promo and respect guidelines and brand image
? Evaluate JD performance and traffic web data analysis to support e-commerce decision making
e-Marketing:
? Implement EC marketing programs and aligned with CPM, Marketing director and sales director
? Develop and implement new initiatives to increase traffic from EC platforms and increase sales conversion
? Develop and manage budgets for projects, monitoring costs, provide status reports on regular basis
? Responsible for updating JD marketing calendars, execution and follow up
? JD sample / POSM management
? Work closely with agency for creative & digital support
Your Skills:
? University graduate or above in relevant major
? Minimum 4-5 years experience, 2 years in online/E-commerce, and 2-3 years Retail /trade / customer marketing, offline trade marketing experience will be preferred
? For online experience part, JD experience will be preferred
? Proven e-Marketing initiative and experience with successful campaigns
? Strong knowledge in e-Commerce, online Marketing, integrated marketing, and database marketing
? Fluent in English and Chinese
? Excellent analytical skills, good time management, and attention to details, keen to learn new things, creative and always try to be innovative
