Supervise food safety and service quality within catering business. Set up the food safety system
Ensure the food safety knowledge are well understood and implemented by the kitchen centre with
continual improvement

Responsibilities

Provide expertise, leadership and support in Quality management for resolution of Quality issues
为客户提供食品质量安全管理方面的专业指导及支持,针对质量方面的问题提出解决方案
Establish the specific standard on food safety audit ,check the audit and service report, analyze audit result, identify problem and field work with audit team to evaluate, correct and coaching the team to ensure the audit and service quality.
制定食品审核标准,检查和分析食品安全审核报告和服务报告,结合分析结果和发现的问题,和审核服务人员进行现场工作,进行评估、纠正以及培训,确保审核及服务质量
Prepare audit result analysis and action plan report to supporting sales team to improve customer satisfaction
提供审核分析及改善建议报告,以帮助销售团队更好的提升客户满意度
Work with INST food safety team and retail segment team to optimize the audit and service control system improve audit result and customer satisfaction
与销售、服务及机构部食品安全团队紧密协作制订优化食品安全审核和服务质量控制方案提升客户满意度
Implement training to improve food safety knowledge and skills, according to training materials developed by the INST food safety team. Evaluate sales force and proactively seek for potential training needs, develop training program with support from INST food safety team to and implement the training program coordinated by each regional training manager.
根据机构部食品安全团队开发的教材, 组织并实施食品安全技能的相关培训. 根据餐饮行业销售特点, 主动寻找潜在的培训需求, 在机构部食品安全团队的支持下积极开发培训项目. 与各地区培训经理的协调下落实培训课程.
Support sales team to deliver food safety related support and training to key client.
配合销售团队给主要的客户提供食品安全支持和培训.
Continuously upgrade food safety knowledge by tracking and study new catering industry trend, including, food safety standard, food safety management application, local regulations, sanitation & hygiene application, and etc.
持续地提升本人在食品安全领域的知识,通过主动跟踪和学习新的餐饮行业动向,包括:食品安全相关标准,食品安全管理体系的应用,地方法规,消毒和卫生应用等等。
Understand all available resources in Ecolab which can support food safety account, such as project, training tool, government and expert support, international and national expert of food safety and put them into effective application.
理解艺康可以用来支持食品安全客户的资源,例如项目、培训工具、政府及专家支持、国际国内的食品安全专家并加以有效运用;
on Ecolab of these changes and communicates the changes and impacts to appropriate Ecolab personnel.
理解客户的企业文化、食品安全目标以及这些如何影响艺康,了解食品安全客户的公司政策及人员变动信息,分析这些信息带给艺康的影响,并将这些信息及时传达给艺康相应人员。
Requirements
任职资格
At least 5 years QA working experience in food manufactory, or related industries Candidates with experience in centre kitchen is preferred。
五年以上食品工厂质量管理或相关行业的食品安全工作经验,有中央厨房食品安全管理经验者优先
Bachelor above degree in food safety, public health or relative major. Master degree is preferred。
食品安全,公共卫生或相关专业本科以上学历;硕士学位优先考虑.
Perfect quality control consciousness, good understanding on the quality management system, especially for HACCP, ISO 22000.
优秀的质量管理意识,对质量体系,如HACCP,ISO22000有深刻的理解。
Good computer skills, especially strong data analysis and summary capacity.
熟练使用计算机, 特别是具有较好的数据分析和综合能力;
Capability of develop and implementation of quality assurance system related to audit.
发展和实施与审核相关的质量保障系统的能力;
Familiar with application of food safety elements, FSMS and retail related regulations.
熟悉食品安全原理、食品安全管理体系应用及零售相关的法规;
Fluent spoken and written English. Strong ability in English conversation.
