TITLE:Industrial Projects Senior Engineer ( ME based )– Busbar / Wiremesh / Accessories线缆/桥架/配件

REQUIREMENTS

1、Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electromechanical engineering
2、6+ years working experience engaged in electromechanical industry
3、Specialized product knowledge on busbar / wiremesh market will be preferentially considered
4、Specialized knowledge on product development, tooling and industrial process
5、Specialized knowledge on various process such as injection, extrusion, wiremesh, stamping, profiling, die-casting etc
6、Specialized knowledge on material characteristics for various common plastic resins and metals
7、Specialized knowledge on physical dimension validation of 2D drawings
8、Demonstrated skills on good project management and technical troubleshooting
9、Good understanding on lean production system is preferable
10、Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
11、Good documentation practice, presentation and report-writing skill
12、Self-motivated, independent, open-minded and good team player


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Technical support to Trading Business from CSID（商业系统及基础设施产品事业部） suppliers within mainland China

o Work in coordination with CSID Industrial coordination, IPO China（中国区国际采购部） and Lead buyers for selection of suppliers

o Establish strong links with R&D platforms for new project roadmap

o Work in coordination with R&D platforms for new projects introduction and R&D modifications in order to ensure on-time launch and implementation in suppliers. Regular conference call with R&D platforms in France is required

o Monitor industrial performances of CSID suppliers in terms of
a.Quality improvement ( process, KPI… )
b.Cost control
c.On-time delivery under optimized logistics flow

o Ensure good project coordination and communication between suppliers / CSID – Industrial coordination + R&D + Supply Chain + Quality / Group Purchasing / IPO

o Follow-up tooling investments

o Industrial transfer supports (Europe-Asia, Asia–outsourcing)

o Submit monthly activity report for CSID
