职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the overall management of wholesale team;
2) According to Co. strategy, make yearly wholesale sales plans and fulfill their budget;
3) Have strong ability to develop the new valuable wholesale dealers;
4) Drives performance of assigned distributor to achieve sales targets;
5) Maintain relationship with distributors, negotiates, training and review their improvement to make sure company policy be implemented ;
6) Guidance wholesale new stores opening and review their improvement;
7) In time collect market and competitor information and timely feedback;

Requirement:
1) At least college degree or above with read English capability ；
2) More than 8years experience in wholesale dealer management and retail store management;
3) With excellent communication and negotiation skill;
