KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- External compensation report administration, including report subscription, tracking, follow up with vendor on report delivery and payment process;
- Support compensation team on policy/process documentation and translation;
- File compensation related docs (e.g. comp offer, adhoc compensation letters etc);
- Assist annual Merit/Bonus review exerise, including data cleansing and consolidation etc;
- Assist compensation team on job grading implementation;
- Provide data analysis to support compensation program implementation;
- Support internal/external audit from compensation perspective;
- Other tasks assigned.
INTERACTION:
- Internal HR team members (e.g. HRBP, HRIS);
- External vendors (e.g. consulting firm)
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in HR or Finance
- Mandarin and English fluency (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years compensation experience in MNCs
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Core Competencies:
- Self-motivated, quick learner, willing to work under title timeline and fast moving requriements
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Sensitive to numbers with strong data analytical competency
- Honest, ethical and strong sense in confidentiality.
