职位描述：
Bamboo Design is looking for an inspiring Creative Director with the ability to provide strategic vision for high profile brands.
?Experience with prestige brand packaging a plus.
?Strong track record of working on well-known consumer brands, especially on fast-moving consumer goods.
?Capable of developing brand architecture strategy, comfortable presenting a brand story and leading a team through an expressive design initiative.
?Has the experience to win over a client with solid design thinking.
?Elevate team members with positive leadership, sharing knowledge and building skills.
?Handle recruitment, training and coaching, knowledge sharing and establishing a high creative standard among the company.
职责:
Responsibilities:
?Consistently delivers strategic and creative leadership and is a valued consultant externally and internally.
?Inspires the creative team and ensures the highest standard of creative excellence. He/she supports Bamboo principles of career and skill growth, while seeking challenging, stimulating opportunities for team members.
?Partners with Account Services on all matters relating to the successful accomplishment of these roles and responsibilities. Mutual respect, seamless communication and teamwork are the desired outcome.
?Maintain and develop deep client relationships and is a valued and expected presence at key client presentations.
任职条件:
Qualifications:
?An undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent education or experience.
?7-10 years of related work experience with at least 3 years in the FMCG industry.
?Excellent design skills with international perspectives.
?Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
?In-depth knowledge and experience in packaging design, familiar with structures, materials and printing technique.
?Proven ability to effectively manage and develop skills in others.
?Ability to execute design solutions in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
?Ability to present design concepts and ideas effectively in PowerPoint or Keynote.
?Excellent written/verbal communication skills. The abilities to present both internally and externally.
?Capable of delivering a confident, compelling presentation.
