Responsibility:
? Focus primarily on the development of new clients (Hunting) within the existing TRIGO portfolio.
? Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead China sales team.
? Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
? Drive sales activities through field visits, observations and discussion with clients and local teams.
? Develop competencies and deploy sales processes to create a high performing sales organization.
? Provide sales leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching.
? Present TRIGO services to existing/potential customers based on their needs.
? Take part or drive KAM (key accounts) development plan together with the regions.
? Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
? Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
? Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
? Accountable for achieving TRIGO sales and profitability goals.
? Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate.
? Lead, motivate and support the sales team to achieve the organization sales targets.
? Set challenging and measurable goals, assess performance and handle personal problems.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor Degree or above in an engineering field (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
? Sales experience with at least 8 years of experience.
? Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills.
? Demonstrated strong oral and written English communication skills.
? Native Mandarin speaker; fluent in English.
? Result driven, works efficiently.
? Dynamic, strong personality with excellent contact building skills.
? Customer orientated, business approach.
? Able to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management.
? Able to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
? Able to negotiate and convince.
? Job will require extensive travelling within China (up to 50% of the time).
? Experience in automotive industry is a must; 5 years’ experience required.
? Solid understanding of automotive industry requirements and issues.
