- Focus on dedicate customer and area customer.
- Develop strong business and people relationships with customers, through frequent visiting and all communications.
- Identify new customer/markets and develop a penetrative tactic to maximize sales results.
- Write visiting reports and update market information regularly.
- Passionately learn and utilize professional hydraulic knowledge to promote our products of hydraulic pumps & filters in Chinese market by helping customers on technical projects.
- Customer forecast.
Requirement:
- Technical Education (University Degree in Mechanical Engineering)
- 5 years of professional experience gained in a similar position (in International manufacturing company).
- Advantage if knowledge of Hydraulic Systems.
- good skills in English language
- Be available to travel a lot;
- Highly self-motivated in learning and finding out solution for problem from the field.

Passion, specialization and development: Casappa’s first 60 years
Constant evolution and passion for hydraulics! This has been the key to turning the Casappa of 1952, a manufacturer of hydraulic pumps into today’s business enterprise. Finrel is the financial holding company owned by the Casappa family, and has direct control over 9 subsidiary companies, and it is also a stake holder of Walvoil, with its related companies operating in the same line of business.
Thanks to the services and skills of its workforce and to investments made in research and development, Casappa is able to design and produce the main hydraulic components for applications in various sectors: construction, industrial vehicles, material handling, agriculture and industry. Besides the supply of standard products, Casappa has chosen to maintain the flexibility required for ad hoc projects, including in small quantities; it is well aware of the importance of being able to closely follow its customers and find timely solutions to their various needs, all of which represents a real stimulus for technological innovation.
Having received ISO certification from the British Standard Institution in 1994, Casappa has subsequently obtained Standard ISO 9001:2008 certification, further proof of the quality and professionalism that has always characterized its operations.
For our company strategy it is important to have a direct presence on the Chinese market and to develop “sensible antennas”, in order to be able to capture the needs of our Chinese potential customers.
For this reason a sales branch, Casappa Shanghai Rep. Office, was founded in July 2005. Casappa believes in the expansion of the Asian market.
Consequently in the course of 2008 CHS is born, a production plant in the new industrial district of Shanghai in the Pudong Kangiao territory. Casappa has now committed itself to China by starting a local production with the same quality standards of the Italian plant: roughly 6000 square meters covered and equipped with the experience derived from over fifty years of activity in hydraulics. State of the art machining, assembling, testing, painting, before and after sales full assistance, thanks to local staff well trained and supported.
An operation with 100 employees well suited to offer high quality products in conjunction with a sales staff capable to take advantage of new opportunities and to provide technical support to our customers.
