Personal Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above in Logistic Management;
? Similar administrative experience;
? More than 3 years working experience importing/exporting;
? Be familiar with the sales process;
? Good communication (written and oral) skills in both English and Mandarin
? Spirit of team working
The Main Responsibilities:
? Collection, quality assurance and reporting of data for:
- Sales platform
- Sales forecast
- Volume planning
- Sales plan
- Contract and stock control
? Administration of regular quotation and order forms
? Host, document and follow up weekly sales meetings
? DDA sales part administrator
? Responsible person of sales department for SCRM and DMS
? Effective communication with pre-sales, service support, finance and marketing teams, continue to improve truck sales working process
- Responsible for KPI reporting
- Coordinating sales forecast and delivery statistics with pre sales department on daily basis
- Translation of documents
? Assist sales director to control department expense and budget
? Regular reporting of Sales KPI’s;
? Planning of Sales Departments travelling, events as well hosting guest and customers
