Position Title: Staffing and Operations Administrator, M & M’s World
Reports To: Assistant Store Director, M & M’s World
Creating an exceptional Guest experience “one smile at a time”
Purpose of Role:
The role is responsible for providing administrative support to the management team. This includes adhering to all staffing processes, administration of on-boarding new associates, maintenance of all associate personnel files and time and attendance reporting.
Principal Accountabilities:
DRIVE RESULTS / GUEST SERVICE- ACHIEVE OUR GOALS BY BRINGING MORE CHOCOLATE SMILES TO OUR GUESTS
? Displays a "Guest comes first" attitude by Smiling and saying Hi to all Guests even when working in a merchandising role
? Contributes to and is knowledgeable of store sales goals and results
? Balances serving multiple Guests and completing multiple tasks
? Acts as a positive role model for others by demonstrating passion and enthusiasm
PRESENTATION EXCELLENCE- CREATE A VISUALLY EXCITING MERCHANDISE PRESENTATION THAT IS BIG, BOLD AND BRANDED
? Partners with Manager on Duty to uphold M&Ms World visual standards and product
placement as directed by corporate team
? Ensures all Onstage areas are neat, clean and organized and filled to the correct capacity and that all styles are represented
? Proactive in recovery of Onstage to protect the stores appearance with a sense of urgency
? Consistently adheres to stock processing standards
? Complies with all safety standards
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE- ENSURING OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES WHILE DELIVERING AN EXCITING RETAIL EXPERIENCE
· Create the daily zone sheets by partnering with managers to determine right people right place philosophy
· Manage availability sheets by keeping forms current and update as approved by management
· Manage Kronos entries (schedules, shift changes) and daily schedule adjustments (call outs)
· Coordinate with Timekeeper on any Kronos entries to be made after payroll cut off time
· Review on-line applications on Taleo
· Conduct phone screen interviews for qualified candidates
· Coordinate with Support Center background screening and drug testing
· Ensure accurate completion of new hire paperwork through Taleo
· Resolve paycheck issues; maintain log of issues/actions taken
· Analyze vacation/day off request against coverage needs - advise management
· Maintain associate personnel files
· Prepare A-4 and Personal Information Change Form as needed
· Post internal job postings
· Enter separations, posting changes, availability, and new hires into Associate Update
· Store tours for new hires, combinations, badges, parking passes, use of time clock
· Print and prepare attendance information for management review, weekly
· Participate and coordinate pre-shift meetings as requested
· Maintain Associate phone list and other related lists, as necessary
