Responsibilities:
Plan and implement ME improvement and ECN to production lines
Engage NPD project and establish product production line and routine
Provide technical analysis and judgments from ME sight to solve any product problems through 5W and follow up engineering corrective actions on board, layout, process etc.
Establish and maintain Industrial Engineering & Lean procedure and process
Implement Continuous Improvement to reduce cost, investment and order to delivery cycle time
Study standard production hours and balance work stations for each product
Relay out production lines to catch productivity and quality improvement if possibility
Self-develop capabilities to meet the Company requirements
Follow the Company EHS policies
Requirements:
University degree, major in mechanical or technical or industrial engineering or related field
Familiar with ERP system, if know YonYou system is plus
Good at project management
Good sheet metal CNC production and/or product assembly routine knowledge
Over 2 years Engineering Management experiences in MNC
Good English communication skills.
Familiar with Quality Systems as of QS9000, ISO14000.
Good coach skills can provide technical training.
Good at Microsoft Office
