职位描述：
Responsibility:
- Oversee the periodic (monthly, quarterly, yearly) management reporting function for both historical & planning side of the business
- Assist in the design and implementation of financial reporting and analytical systems for evaluating the feasibility of alternatives in the funding and expansion of operations
- Produce & distribute periodic management reports to respective managers for interpretation of their operation results & variance analysis
- Ensure timely distribution of weekly orders / sales reports to all sales managers for on-going sales management & updates
- Organize & compile forecasting cycle in accordance with regional, divisional & Corporate requirements
- Monitor & review the order status of our region being handled by head office & coordinate with sales managers / logistics / customers / credit control for efficient delivery of goods & billing of invoice.
- Undertake feasibility studies relating to the application of appropriate data processing methods analysis, recording and reporting of financial or operating information. Participate in the development of improved management information systems and procedures
- Participate in financial analysis of projects for expansion of existing operations and the development of new businesses
- Undertake studies on the viability of alternative plans of action
- Undertake studies to determine contribution of various products and customers to assist in assessment of production plans and product / service pricing
- Review reports from branches / divisions, conduct detailed analyses of operating results and report on variances from plans / budgets (e.g. order sales, gross margin, variance, OPEX, selling prices, discounts, etc.)
- Ensure activities comply with legal, professional and ethical standards

要求：
- 教育背景: Bachelor Degree or above
- 工作经验: At least 3 years solid experience in Regional role & group reporting with multinational firm is preferred
- 专业技术/知识: Familiar with SAP FI module and computer literacy in MS Excel, Hyperion and BW experience would be a plus
- 语言能力: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
