职位描述：

1、负责高压大功率电力电子产品的研发工作；

2、负责功率电路硬件设计、系统控制电路硬件设计；

3、负责元器件的研究和应用；

4、负责高压大功率电力电子产品的优化设计；

5、负责分析解决专案中遇到的技术问题，提出解决方案并实施；

6、与其他合作部门沟通、协调、配合，满足合作部门的需求。

职位需求：

1、硕士以上学历，应届或有1-2年工作经验者；

2、电力电子与电力传动、高压电与绝缘技术专业毕业；

3、CET6以上，有良好的英语读写能力；

4、熟悉Matlab等仿真软件电力电子建模仿真；

5、有高压大功率电力电子装置开发经验者优先；

6、有高电压知识/经验者优先；

7、有电气系统设计经验者有限。
