岗位职责：
Data Analyst is in a role that requires thorough understanding of Lenovo Part Supply Chain and Customer Data, Relational Database Models and working knowledge of SQL queries. It is implied that the individual has a strong analytical bent of mind and an urge to solve problems through the effective usage of Microsoft Excel (Power BI), Relational Database Models, SQL, Statistical Tools (Python or R) & Data Visualization Tools.
In-depth understanding and some working knowledge/experience of Service Part Supply Chain and Customer data is necessary. The individual is expected to own and take initiative with a zeal to execute projects with minimum guidance.
 
This position is responsible for analysis and reporting of Lenovo part supply chain information. Furthermore, this person will also be responsible for extracting business insights from Lenovo system & databases. Work with internal team (like planning team etc.) to work out an analytic plan and implement it by mining our supply chain operational data sets. This requires an understanding of supply chain and data, relational database models, and experience in SQL queries as well as familiarity with analytical packages such as Python or R.
Finally, the Analyst will translate their raw data into presentable and easily understood findings and reports for our internal teams. Specifically, this person will:
Work with internal operation teams to develop strategic analysis plans for specific programs and create a recommendation from the analysis plan that highlights optional scenarios (worst case, best case and expected case) Create test and learn approach from the learning’s gained through the analytical exercise.

Requirements:
A strong analytical bent of mind with a penchant for problem solving and trouble shooting.
Knowledge and understanding of quantitative and statistical analysis is required.
Must have a thorough understanding & working knowledge of supply chain/customer data, relational database models, and experience in SQL queries.
Expertise in Excel, PowerPivot & Power BI is needed and knowledge of Python or R is preferable.
Listen clearly, communicate effectively, observe minutely.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
 
Education and Experience:
3~5 yrs. of analytics experience in Service Supply Chain against a Bachelor’s Degree. (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics)
Candidate is expected to have proficient knowledge of Excel, Macros, VBA & SQL. 举报 分享
