Mission:
? Manage the Desoutter tools install base date, keep the figure correct and update in time
? Collect and analyze the feedback from customers give correct report to help CPS operation team to improve NPS
? Key service contracts customers KPI management to help service business development
Major responsibilities:
? Collect, manage, analyze and summarize information and data about tools install base
? Search and analyze opportunities of service products. Provide analysis result and opportunities information to the sales team
? Support to service product launch, seminars.
? Deliver service products value and KPI results to improve NPS
? Collect, manage feedback from customer to support operation team improve customer NPS
Candidate profile:
Education
? University degree or above
? Graduates major in Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Automation, Industry engineering and other major related.
Experience
? Trainee with good education background and high potential or candidate with at least 2 years related working experience
Knowledge
? Product technical knowledge and application
? Statistics
Skill:
? Presentation skill
? Analysis skill
? PC skills (excel, word, PowerPoint)
? Sales process and basic selling skill
Language
? Good English skill both in speaking & writing.
