Job Functions
To perform the task of the company’s order processing and ensuring a correct and complete input with the aim of obtaining a smooth flow to the benefit of the company and the customers as well.
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
？ To perform the processing of received orders making sure of the availability of requisite product specifications and terms of delivery.
？ To process in accordance with the order processing system as disposal.
？ To respond to customer’s inquiries, alternatively proceed to the person(s) concerned for assistance.
？ To follow up the time schedule of deliveries agreed upon and take appropriate acting in case of deviations.
？ Other tasks assigned by the superior
Qualification and Experience
？ At least 2 years in similar field
？ Good at MS office, ERP system (Prefer SAP）
Skills and Personal Attributes
？ Good communication skills
？ Ability to work independently
？ Team player
？ Customer orientated
？ Able to solve problem
？ Good listener
？ Patient
？ Mature, good mental attitude
？ Physically fit
