职位描述：
岗位职责：
1）负责审查、修订公司项目发展过程中各类业务合同、文书，防控合同风险；
2）负责监督、检查公司项目发展过程中重大合同签订、履行、管理情况；
3）能协助处理法律纠纷问题（如诉讼、非诉纠纷处理等）；
4）负责定期为公司各部门员工提供项目相关法律培训；
5）负责法务合同档案的管理；
6）其它工作。
任职资格：
1）本科或及以上学历，民商法、经济法、诉讼法等法律相关专业；
2）1年以上电子商务或者零售业法务相关从业经验；优秀应届生亦可
3）了解电商行业相关政策法规，熟悉电商企业法务相关知识和工作流程；
4）熟悉劳资纠纷、工伤等事项相关处理流程，良好的执行力，沟通、协调能力，责任心和敬业精神；
5）具有良好的谈判技巧、能根据需要参与公司项目谈判工作。
