职位描述
工作职责：
1、负责上海RF TEAM的管理，项目任务分配;
2、负责上海RF TEAM的培训
3、负责RF物料选型，RF物料管理
4、负责项目进度，项目完成质量， 项目问题解决
5、负责国内外客户接待和支持工作
6、负责生产部，项目部，测试部等相关部门的工作协调，工作支持
7、上级安排的其他任务
任职要求：
1、通信、电子、无线电、微波、自动化等相关专业；
2、熟悉LTE RF电路设计，PCB布板，电路调试，能使用PADS Layout工具；
3、五年以上手机或模块RF设计调试经验，有WCDMA，CDMA, LTE高通平台项目射频开发经验；
4、熟练使用CMU200、CMW500、AGLIENT8960，频谱仪、网络分析仪等常用仪器；
5、有扎实的射频理论基础和丰富的射频调试经验，天线相关经验
6、具有三年以上的团队管理经验，有相关团队管理培训经验优先
7、能熟练阅读，书写英文， 并能流利口语交流与海外客户
8、有很强的责任心，事业心，具有很强团队合作精神，创新精神
9、性格外向，善于沟通交流，为人诚恳，积极乐观
10、乐于学习，不断进取
