职位描述：
- The Entity COE Controller is responsible for handling accounting policy compliance, general ledger, and month end close related activities for assigned entities that are significant in nature.
- This is an individual contributor role that will work very closely with Country Finance Controller, Country Finance Leader, Business analysts, BPO, Finance Operations teams, Regional Finance Center, consultants, tax and treasury.

- Entity COE controller will be responsible for driving US GAAP compliance for his/her assigned entities, process standardization and other compliance projects initiated by the Country Finance Leader and Country Finance Controller for his/her assigned entities.

- Entity COE Controller may lead or be part of a team that manages specific accounting projects.


Job Responsibilities:

？ Responsible for transitioning US GAAP Controllership work for assigned entities from Country to COE Controllership team in Shanghai.
？ Responsible for accounting compliance for assigned entities includes month close routines, balance sheet reviews and internal and external audit support.
？ Maintain transparent accounting practices and ensure excellent relationships are maintained with internal and external stakeholders.
？ Ensure a regular connection with key stakeholders in finance and business to deliver US GAAP compliant financials
？ Support US GAAP internal audit, external audit and SOX Compliance for assigned entities.
？ Manage Balance Sheet Account reconciliation processes and activities. Complete review of the monthly accounts reconciliation by the due date and ensure closure of aged items.
？ Completion of quarterly variance analysis of the B/S and P/L for assigned entities.
？ Partner with Honeywell finance operations team to review the deliverables of the BPO teams for the assigned entities.
？ Ensure robust controls for transaction processing, accounting process and close activities, and compliance reporting
？ Support the implementation of Treasury, Tax and Controllership initiatives
？ Identify and propose accounting policy efficiency opportunities

Reporting:

- Reports to Country Finance Controller, who is responsible for US GAAP Accounting, Statutory Reporting, and Policy Compliance for all businesses and entities in that Country



Experience/Skills/Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant equivalent qualification
- Fluent in English
- Desired experience 6 to 8 years in public accounting and industry
- Prior experience in multi-national corporations is a strong plus
- Experience of handling financial statements of companies with international presence and hands on knowledge transition experience will be an added advantage
- Systems knowledge of Oracle, SAP and HFM
- Knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley
