职位描述：
Key Responsibilities

 


 

· Ensure all operations, maintenance, administration and other activities are performed in a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly manner by routine inspection, supervising employees and contractors, tracking the correction of nonconformity findings

· Assist EHS Manager to develop, manage and implement the EHS plan and processes for all facility related activities onsite;

· Manage the investigation and documentation of all EHS incidents and all EHS activities on-site

· Promote awareness of EHS among the team and the subcontractors, organize and coordinate internal/external training

· Assist EHS Manager to develop, manage and implement the EHS plan and processes for all facility related activities onsite;

· Chemical management, set up chemical approve list and relate labels, verify relate MSDS.

· Supervise and manage site environmental facilities operation and performance, e.g. waste water, solid waste, hazardous waste, etc.

· Organize the risk assessment and Work environment evaluation and audit, rectify all incompliance with laws and EHS requirements

· Prepare and submit relevant government required documents

· To complete other task requested by the supervisor

 

   


 

 

 

Required Knowledge and Skills:

 


 

Technical knowledge:

1. familiar with risk assessment and control, accident investigation, MOC, work permits management, contractor management

2. familiar with bio-chemical management

3. familiar with lab management

4. familiar with the legal requirement related to EHS

 

Communication: excellent verbal and written English and Chinese communication skills

 

Desire to learn: displays a willingness and enthusiasm to learn

 

 

   


 

 

 

 

Qualifications and Education:

 


 

§ Minimum 5 years working experience in EHS implementation and bio-chemical industry preferred;

§ Degree in Environmental engineering or equivalent
