Whitespace Responsibilities:
? Procure and maintain IT equipment on site - Projectors, HDTV, wireless presenters, MFP, Visitor sign-on, other A/V. Provide regular user training on self-service on IT technologies
? Receive deliveries of IT equipment, securely store and track items and ship items to field users
? IT peripherals such as printers and accessories, replacement/monitoring and upgrades of docks, monitors and office equipment
? Track IT Assets - both PCs, Mobiles, iPads and other inventory such as spare parts. (MDSL, IT Express etc. information maintain)
? Disposal of assets and ensuring eWaste is handled appropriately
? Provide meeting room Support , including Video Conferencing systems/Jabber Video/Webex Video ,usability & training
? Mobility & Telecom administrative support - Assist users in setting up/troubleshooting their company phones. Tracking numbers, porting, re-assigning numbers on employee departure and managing device theft/replacement, roaming activations etc
? Manage Digital Signage and support troubleshooting of those devices
? Assist with Desktop Ops related support when Unisys dispatch is present or unavailable due to high work demand
? Infrastructure communication to end-users on outages, planning and coordinating with building/facilities management on maintenance activities
? Infrastructure change management, liaison of end user testing on changes to IT infrastructure, networks etc. Working with global teams to negotiate planned maintenance windows and reporting testing and performance feedback
? Review and manage staff Unisys local dispatch, whitespace headcount; complains and improvement on handling requests and local process of local IT resources
? Continuously improve and monitor on-boarding and off-boarding process to improve end-user experience with IT. Work with global functions to get local needs aligned. Train new users on AbbVie equipment, process and walkthrough
? Mobile devices/PC/Laptop replacement efforts
? New global IT system rollout and training support
? Onboarding/on going access request and Off boarding arrangement
? New hired On- Boarding Training on IT related system which includes Software such as O365, Jabber Video, Workday and etc.
? Facilitate or deliver regular training to end-users on improving their self-service capability around collaboration tools, IT request systems and other technologies for better productivity. ( Shift up from Brand IT ) – My team is capable to provide training.)
? Provide Share point Access via IAM.
? Work closely with HR for IT Asset Request for new hire via Self Service Portal ( IT Express )
? Ad hoc IT related jobs function which delegate by your respective reporting manager. ( Maximise the Whitespace performance for MY,TH.VN)
 
Other Infrastructure/Operational Responsibilities (Brand IT)
 ? Plan and monitor for IT business continuity, crisis management and risk management. Work with procurement to ensure 3rd party SLAs are in place, such as printing solutions, telecom and other services are meeting business needs and ensure administrative process for billing and exception handling is in place.
? Handle Security incidents, reporting and awareness campaigns
? Leadership and capability building in learning opportunities on IT services and manage internal campaigns on available tools (for service requests, self-service etc), security awareness,
? Facilitate or deliver regular training to end-users on improving their self-service capability around collaboration tools, IT request systems and other technologies for better productivity
? Support internal and external audits and work with global teams to ensure compliance of IT policies is met with access control, retention of data etc (infrastructure)
? Sample – Project Management for IT Rooms to ensure compliance
? Sample – Fix File Shares – Get all signatures from all users (etc).
? Sample – Make sure all “selected” local applications meet local requirements
? Supply Chain… (Project Dawn, Vaporizer inventory system for PH)
? Application Issues (i.e. Veeva and OneView, Local Sharepoint) – Country Dependent MY,TH & VN by CEX
? White-Glove Service
? Review the white space resource loading when the size of affiliate organization changed (ex. New HCV BU created, GPRD department scope extension etc.)
? IT Policies enforcement/trainings
? Site specific IT operation procedures
? Local application maintenance & support (ie. Incentive calculation tool, etc)
? Training system support (ie. Sumtotal,Campus,ISO)
