职位描述：
一. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Implement regular and preventive maintenance in plant;
2. Take part in Design maintenance process and plan, manage maintenance team;
3. Do maintenance record, follow up and do analysis of maintenance status;
4. Be responsible for application of purchasing of spare parts, try to reduce the cost to the lowest level;
5. Ensure subordinates are coached counseled and trained, developing the equipment for the production process;
6. Other assignment ordered by the manager.

二. KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
1. Technical School or above
2. College degree or above (age more than 30 year old), major in mechanical or electric or related;
3. Over 5 years’ experience of machine maintenance, preferably familiar with PLC on Siemens or etc;
4. Be familiar with pneumatic, mechanical and electric equipment;
