职位描述：
工作职责：
1.学习公司的企业文化及各项规章制度。
2.在公司各部门进行轮岗实习以了解、熟悉公司各部门的运作情况。
3.掌握公司核心项目的基本常识和公司的日常运营流程。
4.能出色的完成各个部门的不同任务并且可以很好的衔接各个部门。
5.能够辅助管理现有客户，包括客户关系维护、新需求挖掘等。
6.随时接受委派到公司其他部门轮岗学习。
7.完成部门领导交办的其他工作。

1.吃苦耐劳，富有团队精神。
2.良好的职业操守，脚踏实地，服从工作安排。
3.个性外向，追求实效，工作积极主动，有责任心，敢于挑战未来。
4.良好的沟通能力和快速的学习能力。
5.工作独立性强，能够承受较大的工作压力，善于自我管理。
6.熟练使用office软件。
