职位描述：
1、负责管理专业保洁工作， 高质量的完成保洁计划并达到标准要求。
2、组织实施各区域清洁、保洁工作,严格检查、监督各区域各楼层保洁员的工作，并认真填写领班日记。 
3、负责现场培训专业保洁员的实际操作技能；控制专业保洁员正确使用清洁设备，并做好机器设备的保养工作。
4、负责保洁员的管理，做好考勤、工作记录。
5、现场处理客户和员工投诉，并向上级报告。
6、对所管保洁员进行公平评估，向上级推荐有用人才。

岗位说明：
1、有健康证，50岁以下。
2、掌握清洁、保洁基本技能与知识。
3、保洁经验3年以上，保洁领班经验1年以上。
4、会大理石镜面清洗优先
