职位描述：
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
? The position is responsible for own retail return for both 2 DCs, store to store transfer, complaints handling, key stores tracking and other own retail transportation related coordination, ensure the SLA of SCM logistics commitment
? Take charge of POS satisfaction
? Support for POS direct shipping rapid extension by yearly





Key Responsibilities:

? OR return arrangement for both 2DCs, daily tracking with 3PLs to make sure all the returns on time picking and arrival, exceptional case handling
? OR store to store transfer arrangement/freight checking for this part
? Daily tracking for POS business, exceptional case coordinate with internal/external function
? POS satisfaction maintenance by dimensional tel. survey, coordinate with cross function to ensure the transportation meets the service develop and implement strategies
? Maintain stores information in TMS, include update STC, STA, consignee’s name and the e-mail address of e-packing list
? Proactive seek feedbacks from POS, understand the requirements of them and consistently enhance the service for stores
? Support logistics projects/initiatives and continual process improvement





Key Relationships:

? DC Ops, Order Book Fulfilment, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, IT, Finance
? Own retail AP/OP team, Own retail stores mgrs. & guys
? 3rd party Logistics Service Providers, external customer’s logistics and warehouse


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

? Demonstrated understanding of processes and systems of domestic China transportation, at large scale to all geographic areas.
? Skills with an emphasis on communications both externally and internally across multiple functions
? Self-motivated, open-minded and ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision
? Knowledge of retail/warehouse management
? Strong customer-service orientation
? Be familiar with MA, TMS, and MS Office tools



Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

? Bachelor’s degree
? 3+ years of direct related experience in logistics (experience in retail logistics in sportswear industry would be a plus)
? Fluent skills in English and Mandarin 举报 分享
