1.为中国的客户和经销商提供相关的产品支持。
Provide relevant application support to PFERD end users and dealers of China.
2.为客户提供技术支持与技术咨询。
Provide technical support and consulting to PFERD customers.
3.定时走访客户，参加技术交流会，为客户提供技术培训。
Schedule on site visit, arrange the technical meeting/seminars and provider professional training to PFERD customers.
4.为客户提供产品的售后服务和处理产品质量投诉。
Responsible for after-sales service and handle complaints from PFERD customers.
5.搜集并反馈产品市场信息。
Collect and report promptly of products & market information in China.
6.制作客户跟踪和产品测试的周报表和月报表。
Weekly and monthly report of customer tracking and sample testing.
7.由部门主管安排的其他工作。
Other assignments arranged by supervisor.

教育背景/工作背景:
Education background/ work background:
1.良好的英语听说读写能力及计算机操作技能 ，懂第二外语者优先。
Excellent written and verbal skill in English, good computer operation skills, second language as plus.
2.大专以上学历，工科优先。
College degree or above, Engineering is preferred.
3.3年以上工作经验，磨具磨料、工具、机械、金属加工等相关行业优先。
3 years or above working experience in relevant industry of Abrasives, tools, mechanical, metal processing is preferred.
