工作职责:
1、负责学生服务工作，并策划和执行学生活动；
2、和学生，班主任，老师，领导建立长期，稳定，良好的关系；了解各方需求和建议，并及时解决、反馈、汇报；
3、了解、分析学生的思想动态，学习和生活情况，并及时引导，给予解决；受理学员投诉、跟踪处理结果；
4、负责教学质量和学员满意度的调查分析；
5、熟悉公司的教育产品和整体安排，能快速解答学生的疑问；
6、负责公司老师和合作院校的协调沟通以及老师行程安排；
7、协助进行市场宣传，主持招生宣讲活动，促进项目发展。

任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历；英语，财经，或公关类专业优先；
2、有培训机构工作经历或行政/客服类工作或高校班主任辅导员经验者优先；
3、善于公共关系维护，富有亲和力；
4、有很强的沟通，协调和执行力；
5、英语听说读写流利；
6. 熟悉国际财经类执业资格证书，了解当下大学生需求。

The major shareholder of KB Financial is QA Education Group, one of the biggest educational organizations across Europe.
