Job Purpose:
He/she is responsible to manage a team of around 10 staff, covering Accounts Payable activities of North Asia entities. Being a people manager, he/she is expected to lead the team to ensure operation is going on, review staff performance and finish all the tasks assigned.
Service scope: North Asia Entities (China, HK, Taiwan, Korea and Japan)
KPI (Key Performance Indicator):
KPI includes measurement for clear, timely and accurate analysis & reporting and completion for ad hoc job assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
DO
? Monitoring day-to-day AP operations
? Handle escalations raised by different parties
? Regular communications with stake holders (finance controllers, buyer, sourcing, PCA), ensuring process is well understood and strictly follow up
? Month end closing, expenses accrual, sub ledger movement analysis
? Monthly Account reconciliation review
? Monthly KPI / OnBase metrics review
? Monthly / Quarterly RCA (Risk Control Activities) review and response
? More collaboration with Poland GFO
? Staff performance review and assessment , support staff career development
? Support internal / external audit
? Drive for process improvement and productivity
? Ad hoc tasks assigned by managers / directors
Key Competency Requirement:
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good communication and able to support a positive working environment.
- Leadership, people manager
- Good understanding of SAP system, proficient in Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Education/Qualifications/ Work Experience:
- University Degree in Accounting or related fields, with a keen aptitude for accounting
- 8 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Experience of working in MNCs or shared services is prefer
