Financial Services Industry team offers the structured enterprise risk management solutions to our clients under the regulation requests of China's financial regulatory authorities, associating our professional analytical skills with our understanding of the clients and the market. Nowadays the team mainly focuses on the service to global financial industry, including banks, securities, insurance, investment sectors and so on.

Job Description and Responsibility：

1.提供金融行业业务管理咨询与实施服务

2.包括但不限于金融业核心业务发展战略、银行运营模式设计与业务流程再造、核心业务营销渠道与产品设计、配套的业务管理体系建设(风险管理、人力资源、信息科技管理与数据)

Qualification: Requirement：

1.6年以上金融行业或咨询行业从业经验

2.熟悉银行核心业务流程(包括零售业务、信贷业务、国际业务、金融市场业务、理财产品设计与营销)，具备至少3年上述任一核心业务的银行从业经验，尤以零售与理财产品设计与营销相关经验优先

3.具备丰富的项目管理经验，能够带领团队按时完成项目任务，致力于向客户提供卓越服务

4.很强的沟通、协调与多重任务管理能力，能够同时完成多项交付任务，包括项目管理、参与市场拓展与服务方案准备

5.优秀的口语表达与演讲能力，能够独立面对客户高阶管理层，提供满足客户需求的解决方案，并挖掘后续项目与服务机会

5.优秀的逻辑分析与书面表达能力，包括专业技术和业务写作技巧，能够带领团队完成高质量的项目交付物及协助服务方案准备

6.具备知名大学金融或计量相关专业学历，尤以金融工程学科背景为佳(但不限定)
