JOB MISSION:
To provide all marketing and clerical support to marketing team to ensure all marketing campaign, activities, projects can be implemented in an effective way.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.PR Samples Arrangement:
- PR samples delivery and sample loan management
- In charge of showroom maintenance, include but not limited to samples cleaning, arranging and maintaining
2.Event Coordination and Clerical Support
- Event implementation support. Such as marketing and PR material delivery, samples arrangement and etc.
- To provide day-to-day administrative support to the department
3.Retail Marketing
- Brand exposure on platforms of shopping malls monitoring and recording. Such as wechat and weibo
4.Others
- Vendors payment arrangement
- Invoice filling including copy, scan and etc
- Any other duties/matters may be assigned from time to time
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1.Preferably majoring in Marketing, Public Relations and relevant fileds.
2.Native Chinese and fluent in English.
3.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
1.Strong ownership & passion for the brand.
2.Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
3.Team-worker, committed, passionate, can work under pressure
