1. Employee personal file management, like paper files, E-files.
2. Maintain HR system: HR Database
3. Take lead of new employee on boarding preparation and contract management.
4. Take lead of probation review process.
5. Take lead of termination process, like exit interview, attrition rate analysis, labor suit case.
6. Be responsible for the employee satisfactory survey process, implementation and action plan follow up.
7. Be in charge of employee relationship and employee activities, like provide action plan and follow up.
8. Expats & Local Hired Foreigners’ Support,manage and coordinate for immigration issues such as work visa application and Work permit, residence permit application and renew.
9. Other task assigned by supervisor
任职要求
1. Professional ER knowledge and practice experience.
2. College Degree or above, HR management,laws major preferred.
3. Good spoken & written English.
4. Good knowledge in overall HR management.
5. 3 years + HR experience in multinational company
6. Process and result oriented.
7. Solid problem-solving and communication / networking skills.
8. Demonstrated can-do attitude, quick learning and willing to take challenge.
9. Self-initiative and be able to work under pressure.
