职位描述：
Scope of the Work:
To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet the company’s objectives, initiate and manage product portfolio by translating market demand into product ideas, develop product strategy and roadmap based on market demand and the requirements from stake holders, create and implement pricing strategy, develop the product go-to-market plan, design sales tools and coordinate marketing communication activities, provide supports to sales team on product and technical expertise including product and application trainings, support key accounts/projects and customer events/seminars.

Key Responsibility

1.Define and manage marketing strategy and plan in line with company’s growth strategy
2.Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products. Analysis of customer survey, understand market conditions and competition landscape
3.Initiate NPD programs or programs to upgrade existing products, work with stake holders to drive the NPD project implementation, responsible for the go-to-market strategy, including product marketing documentation, sales tools, product training, product launch programs and etc. Responsible for local product line management processes such as EOL and etc
4.Responsible for the product pricing and margin, responsible for develop the price policy for owned product lines; joined for special price approval; work with finance team to ensure achievement of revenue & margin expectation. track and analyze the CAR performance of product lines on regular basis.
5.Develop the product solutions to the targeted verticals; implement the promotion programs to drive business growth and achieve sales target in these areas.
6.Provide product, technical and application trainings to sales teams, stake holders, key accounts or customers, provide the same support to seminars/customer events.
7.Be the local focal person for global product management team. Ensure the local product plan are align with overall product roadmap; and drive the localization of global products.
8.Work with strategic sourcing team to qualify outsourced or OEM products as needed.

Qualifications & Compentencies
Education: A recognized bachelor degree or above, MBA is highly preferred
Work experience: 10+ year experience, a minimum 5 years with a marketing or product management role
Security or building automation industry background is highly preferred, multi-national working experience is preferred.
Other Requirements: ？ Fluent in written and spoken English
？ Analytical, proactive and able to foster effective working relationships with engineering and factory team and corporate leadership team
？ Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
？ Demonstrated ability to champion and execute strategies to meet goals
？ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a challenging situation, focus on both process and result.
？ Extensive knowledge of marketing and product lifecycle management and NPD/NPI
