职位描述：
？ Perform the assigned recruitment requirement according to annual headcount plan. Handle the sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer process, reference check accordingly.
？ Administrate training course according to annual training plan including arranging the venue, sending announcement, tracking attendance, collect and summarize evaluation result etc.
？ Handle new employee registration, orientation, probation confirmation and leaving formalities to ensure compliance with the respective procedures and policies, with complete records maintained.
？ Handle employee payroll and income tax to ensure legal compliance.
？ Constantly maintain updated employee records in an accurate and confidential manner and to make available for internal management review and external audit.
？ Responsible for employees’ attendance records, leave application and OT records.
？ Assist employees to deal with all kinds of certificates, such as work permits for foreign passport employees, residence permit of Shenzhen, etc.
？ In charge of employee benefits such as health check, birthday of employees, holiday gifts, etc.
？ Communicate effectively with HR vendors as headhunting websites, training providers, benefit suppliers etc.
？ Provide administration support including dormitory, landscape, vehicles, guard and cleaning management.
