职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责工程部日常运营管理工作；
2、负责卫浴工程业务的开发，确保部门年度销售计划的完成；
3、负责主导工程项目的洽谈与签约；
4、负责对项目的持续跟进，解决项目中出现的问题并及时反馈；
5、完成项目结算手续办理及收款工作；
6、执行公司的营销决策。

任职要求：
1、须具有建材行业工程工作经验5年以上；
2、熟悉工程项目开发及推进流程，具有对项目的整体控制和协调能力；
3、有工程项目客户资源者优先考虑。
